Pada tahun 2030, menjadi Program Studi Keperawatan dan Pendidikan Profesi Ners yang unggul dan mandiri di bidang keperawatan komunitas dengan perspektif industri, melalui penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta berjiwa kewirausahaan Islami.

Misi

Langkah strategis mencapai visi

1. Menyelenggarakan pendidikan profesional di bidang keperawatan komunitas untuk menghasilkan perawat yang mampu berinteraksi secara komprehensif, menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, memiliki wawasan industri, serta memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan yang Islami.
2. Melaksanakan penelitian sesuai dengan peta jalan yang mendukung terwujudnya keunggulan program studi serta menghasilkan publikasi di jurnal nasional terakreditasi dan/atau jurnal internasional bereputasi.
3. Menyelenggarakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berdampak bagi masyarakat, berbasis hasil penelitian, dan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal nasional terakreditasi.
4. Melaksanakan kegiatan kolaborasi di bidang akademik maupun non-akademik dengan pihak dalam dan luar negeri.
5. Menerapkan program penjaminan mutu internal dan eksternal untuk meningkatkan tata kelola dan citra program studi.

2.Menyelenggarakan dan mengembangkan penelitian yang inovatif mengikuti perkembangan IPTEKS global
3.Menerapkan dan mendayagunakan IPTEKS di bidang gizi melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mencapai kualitas kehidupan yang sehat dan produktif secara berkelanjutan
4.Membangun kemitraan dan jejaring bidang gizi untuk mewujudkan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi
5.Mengembangkan tata kelola yang kredibel, transparan, akuntabel, bertanggung jawab dan adil melalui sistem penjaminan mutu internal dan eksternal

Mission

 
  1. Providing professional education  in the field of community nursing to produce nurses who are able to interact comprehensively, apply science and technology, have an industrial perspective, and have an Islamic entrepreneurial spirit.
  2. Conducting research according to a roadmap that supports the realization of study program excellence and producing publications in accredited national journals and/or reputable international journals.
  3. Organizing community service activities that have an impact on the community, based on research results and published in accredited national journals.
  4. Carry out collaborative activities in the academic and non-academic fields with domestic and foreign parties.
  5. Implementing internal and external quality assurance programs to improve the governance and image of study programs.

OBJECTIVES OF THE NURSING STUDY PROGRAM

  1. Producing graduates who are competent in the field of community nursing, professional, able to apply science and technology, have industrial insight, and have an Islamic entrepreneurial spirit.
  2. Produce research works that are relevant to the research roadmap, support the development of community nursing science, and are published in accredited national journals and reputable international journals.
  3. Organizing community service activities that are research-based, innovative, have a real impact, and are published in accredited national journals.
  4. Establish and develop strategic collaborations in academic and non-academic fields, both with domestic and foreign institutions, to support improving the quality of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
  5. Realizing study program governance that is transparent, accountable, and oriented towards continuous quality improvement through the implementation of internal and external quality assurance systems.

STRATEGIES FOR ACHIEVING THE OBJECTIVES OF THE NURSING STUDY PROGRAM

  1. Educational Strategy.
    a. Developing an OBE (Outcome-Based Education) curriculum with advantages in community nursing, Islamic entrepreneurship, and industrial insight.
    b. Improving the quality of learning through the use of digital technology, innovative learning models, and the integration of soft skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
    c. Organizing competency certification programs, additional training, and clinical practice in relevant fields.
  2. Research Strategy.
    a. Develop and implement a research roadmap based on study program excellence.
    b. Increase lecturers’ research capacity through workshops, proposal clinics, and research collaborations.
    c. Facilitate the publication of research results in accredited national journals and reputable international journals.
    d. Encourage student involvement in lecturers’ research.
  3. Community Service Strategy.
    a. Integrate research findings into community service activities relevant to community needs.
    b. Develop partnership-based community service programs with government, industry, and community organizations.
    c. Encourage lecturers and students to produce innovative and publishable community service products or models.
  4. Collaboration Strategy.
    a. Building academic and non-academic networks with domestic and international institutions.
    b. Optimizing collaboration with hospitals, community health centers, industry, and related institutions to support the Tri Dharma.
    c. Increasing lecturer participation in professional organizations and international scientific forums.
  5. Governance and Quality Strategy.
    a. Implementing an internal quality assurance system in accordance with the PPEPP cycle.
    b. Preparing study programs to achieve and maintain superior accreditation from LAM-PTKes and international accreditation.
    c. Improving transparency, accountability, and information technology-based academic administration services.
